Cancellation Policy

I do require at least a 24-hour notice should you need to alter, cancel, or reschedule your appointment; seeing as though your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice, a fee of 50% of your service total will be due prior to scheduling your next appointment. In the event that you do not call and do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the service fee, which will be due prior to scheduling your next appointment. 

 

 

Tardiness Policy

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment so you are sure to receive your full service time.
 

 

Illness Policy

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
